MEET ME
Bio
Born in 1975 in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, I relocated to Florida in 1998 after earning my degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico. My professional journey began in the hospitality industry, where I gained valuable leadership experience and completed a Management Training Program with Hyatt Corporation in 1999.
In 2003, I transitioned into entrepreneurship, launching a successful career in real estate. I became a licensed broker and founded my own firm, Assist-2-Sell Buyers and Sellers Connection. However, after the real estate market downturn in 2007, I adapted by shifting into the insurance industry—specifically healthcare—which has since become a cornerstone of my professional career.
In 2009, I was honored to serve as CEO of Consulting Employment Solutions, a company supporting government initiatives for underserved families on Puerto Rico’s eastern coast. Following that chapter, I returned to my entrepreneurial roots and combined my diverse experience in real estate, insurance, and consulting to establish Serrano Consulting Group, Inc.—a licensed real estate brokerage and multi-service agency based in Florida. Through this company, we proudly offer a range of professional services, including real estate consulting, business advisory, and comprehensive tax preparation services for individuals, self-employed professionals, and corporations.
I also serve as President of Insurance Quality Connections, Corp., a licensed Florida insurance agency specializing in health and life insurance products.
On a personal note, I’m a devoted family man. I’ve been happily married to my wife, Andrea, for over 20 years, and together we’ve been blessed with three wonderful daughters: Genesis, Isabella, and Emalee.
